Ensure Hoki are hot and cooked right through before serving.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fan bake (preferred)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat fan forced oven to 200\u00b0C. Place Hoki portions on a baking tray and cook for approx. 12 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oven bake\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 210\u00b0C.
