A good source of omega-3 fatty acids and protein, our Hoki portions are deliciously flaky with a crunchy coating. Try them served with a seasonal roast vegetable salad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Cooking Instructions<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For best results cook from frozen.<\/p>\n<p>As appliances vary, cooking instructions are a guideline only. Ensure Hoki are hot and cooked right through before serving.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fan bake (preferred)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat fan forced oven to 190\u00b0C. Place Hoki portions on an oven tray and cook for approx. 11 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oven bake\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 200\u00b0C.
